Executions of civilians charged with offenses linked to January 2026 protests have bee carried out in early April 2026.
As of 8 April 2026, Didaar is aware of four people who have been executed in relation to January protests.
Ali Fahim, 23 years old, executed on 6 April 2026.
Mohammad Amin Biglari, 19 years old, executed on 5 April 2026.
Shahin Vahedparast Kolour, 30 years old (unconfirmed), executed on 5 April 2026.
Amir Hossein Hatami, 18 Years old, executed on 2 April 2026.
Following the 21 day internet shutdown, many families began to share images and videos of those who had been killed.
HRANA has been able to confirm 6,488 deaths, however, they have a backlog of 11,744 cases pending confirmation (The Crimson Winter Report).
