Ceasefire fails to address humanitarian concerns

Unsurprisingly, the ceasefire announced on 8 April 2026 has failed to include humanitarian conditions such as, a moratorium on executions and the restoration of communication channels for the people inside Iran.

Political prisoners are at grave risk of retaliation executions.

We have seen it in 1988, we are already seeing it with 10 political prisoners having been executed in the last week alone.
